1. Ordinary Members
Retailing practitioners with Microfinance as a core business, and this category has been given voting powers. |

2. Associate Member
Any person or organization in the Microfinance Industry or any other industry related to Microfinance. |
3. Affiliate Members
Any organization that will fund Microfinance Institution.

4. Honorary Member
Any person or organization, who or which, in the opinion of the Board of Management has rendered eminent service to promote the Microfinance Sector or whose membership would be beneficial to the Association. |

| Objectives of the Members |
- To promote and safeguard the interests of the Network.
- To act in such a manner that would not be detrimental or prejudicial to the interests of the Network.
- To adhere to the undertakings, rules and agreements duly approved by the association from time to time including the principles, practices, standards or codes of conduct for their business or professional activities.
